By using the WEBSITE, the user accepts, fully and without reservation, this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy available on the same website.

The user undertakes to use the WEBSITE diligently, in accordance with current legislation, good faith, public order and accepted customs, refraining from any conduct that may damage the image, interests or rights of Hotel Focus or third parties.

Hotel Focus reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time and without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review it periodically.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the WEBSITE (texts, images, logos, trademarks, software, source code, graphic design, structure, etc.) are the property of Hotel Focus (RUFER SAU) or of third parties who have authorized their use.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without express prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

The user may only make personal and private use of the contents of the WEBSITE. Any use for commercial or unlawful purposes is expressly prohibited.

Hotel Focus does not guarantee the permanent availability of the WEBSITE nor the absence of errors in its content, although it will take the necessary measures to correct or update them when detected.

Hotel Focus is not responsible for possible damages resulting from:

Interference, interruptions or disconnections in the operation of the WEBSITE.
Computer viruses or malicious programs that may affect the user despite security measures.
Improper use of the WEBSITE by users.

Use of the WEBSITE is under the sole responsibility of the user.

Hotel Focus offers tourist accommodation and hospitality services in Pas de la Casa (Andorra), including:

Payment method

Reservations made on the WEBSITE are paid through a Virtual POS terminal, accepting Visa and Mastercard cards.

Cancellation and refund conditions

Hotel Focus does not operate a product return system. Instead, specific cancellation policies apply depending on the selected rate:

Flexible rate: free cancellation or modification up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After this period, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Non-refundable rate: the full amount of the reservation is charged at the time of confirmation, and no modifications or refunds are allowed.

These conditions are clearly detailed during the booking process.

9. Additional information on online operations

Currently, Hotel Focus does not conduct online sales in the strict sense. Therefore:

Chargebacks: not applicable.
Last three months and last year: not applicable.
Financial statements: not yet available, as the hotel recently began its activity and the official filing deadline has not yet been reached.

10. Hotel commitments

Hotel Focus undertakes not to disseminate misleading advertising. If any formal or numerical errors are detected in the WEBSITE’s content, they will be corrected as soon as possible.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Andorran law.

In case of a claim between both parties, it shall be dealt with in the Courts of the Principality of Andorra, with no possibility of applying the legislation of any other country.
